- Served as the primary contributor to the dbt transformation layer—5,120 commits and more than 70% of the codebase—and a major contributor to the Java migration service that consolidated two operational platforms.
- Built a 23-check post-activation validation system and its observability infrastructure, catching billing, data, and activation issues before they reached production.
- Drove real-time incident resolution during a four-night production cutover, scaling connection pools, repairing data gaps, and catching configuration errors under pressure.

Senior Software Engineer

- Led engineering for ZipIntro, a live interview product spanning TypeScript, Ruby, React, Go, and Perl applications.
- Developed ZipIntro’s SMS feature, surpassing adoption and no-show-rate objectives.

- Resolved an Elasticsearch outage and led the resulting knowledge transfer.
